North Cyprus mortgages are now available! Until recently it has not been possible for British citizens to obtain an international mortgage on property in northern Cyprus. JEPA North Cyprus Estate Agents are now able to help arrange international mortgages in Northern Cyprus for new build / off-plan property, resale property or land purchase in conjunction with a consortium of four leading Turkish Banks. Developer Mortgages in Northern Cyprus

Some developers have now started to offer long term fixed rate mortgages directly to clients, typically for 70% of the property value over a twenty year term fixed at 5%. These mortgages are approved on a self certified basis and are not tied to your UK collateral. The eligibility to borrow is subject to the applicant being twenty one years of age or over and being in possession of a valid passport and bank account,  not having a criminal record in Northern Cyprus, having not been charged with any money laundering offences in any European country.
