I first contacted the JEPA in early 2006 regarding the purchase of a property in Northern Cyprus, my wife and I were considering moving abroad. From the outset I found the whole approach to my enquiries to be professional and handled in a friendly manner. Jeff gave us advice on the different types of property available and also on build quality and land types. We were shown a great deal of patience, understanding and respect. Any query we had was researched and Jeff himself, found most the information we required. Regular updates and photographs on the progress of the build process were e-mailed to us, so that we could monitor our properties progress When we wanted to make a site visit personally, we were helped to book a flight and accommodation, once settled Pat, at the Cyprus office, met us at the hotel and personally took us to the site. Pat also introduced us to our constructor, solicitor and gave us a brief tour of where we were to live. To us Jeff and JEPA went above and beyond the call of duty. When it came to us moving over, they helped us to find a reputable shipper for our belongings, plan a route, as we were driving to Cyprus and located us a place to stay until our belongings arrived. Since purchasing my Property in North Cyprus I have visited TRNC three times and Have always been looked after by Pat. I have also met the builder to choose my own furnishings such as Marble Floors/Kitchen/Bathroom etc. I am delighted with the service provided, a close friend has also purchased through JEPA.
