While an increasing number of people are choosing to buy properties in Northern Cyprus directly from our website we respect and appreciate that others wish to visit Northern Cyprus and view their chosen property before committing to buying. On selected properties JEPA Estates will refund up to £500.00 towards the cost of your North Cyprus property inspection trip if you purchase a qualifying property through us during your stay. To avoid confusion please ask which properties qualify before booking.

JEPA Estates can help arrange flights, accommodation and airport transfers on your behalf, there are two ways we can do this. Dependant on the time of the year and the availability of flights it can sometimes work out to be more cost effective to arrange a package trip to Northern Cyprus to view properties, at other times it is best to book flights and accommodation separately. If you would like us to assist you please contact us with details of the number of people travelling, your preferred dates of travel and your local UK airport.
